  • Apply self-evaluation strategies for learner/preceptor scenarios.
  • Given a structure of a residency program, develop a plan for improving the program's utilization of self-evaluation strategies.
  • Design a plan to approach a learner whose self-evaluation is noncongruent with the preceptor's assessment of performance.
